Born in South Korea, Jamie had an interest for real estate development from a young age from observing her father who successfully owned and operated a construction and real estate development company that constructed highways, subway lines, and large scale apartment complexes.

After moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, she went on to graduate with a finance degree from the University of San Francisco. Interested in the legal industry, she attended Golden Gate University School of Law earning her Juris Doctorate degree with a focus on securities regulations and immigration & refugee policy. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jamie was a licensed attorney specializing in pre-trial preparation for corporate litigation. However, she still grasped onto her passion for real estate and finally decided to pursue her passion by obtaining her real estate license.

Having purchased and sold several of her own properties beginning at the age of twenty three, real estate investment has always been a focal point of her career. Upon joining McGuire Real Estate, Jamie has been able to expand her reach to international developments through Savills, McGuire’s international affiliate, as well as her extensive network of overseas contacts, particularly in Asia.

What distinguishes Jamie from other real estate professionals is her precise understanding of each client’s needs, vast knowledge of the fast changing real estate market trends, and meticulous execution of each project. To make this possible, she thoroughly analyzes the client’s objectives in real estate investment and performs comprehensive research in order to provide the most suitable opportunity for her client. In addition, her extensive network of highly skilled professionals; a team of attorneys, tax professionals, market analysts, and concierge service providers, is invaluable to successful attainment of her client’s investment goals. Thus, Jamie’s unique approach and strong network enable her to provide matchless services to her clients.

Aside from her real estate career, Jamie is a dedicated advocate of equal rights for all. She is a volunteer attorney for Justice Diversity Center at the Bar Association of San Francisco and an avid supporter of Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area and Donaldina Cameron House in Chinatown San Francisco.

Jamie is fluent in both English and Korean languages.
