As a broker since 1989, Bill’s vast experience includes residential, commercial, and retail real estate. Owning his own brokerage since 1998, he understands working with clients in all housing markets and assists them with their individual real estate needs. Bill’s career includes working at Norris, Biggs, and Simpson Commercial Brokerage, and Blatteis Realty.
His professionalism, ethics, and straightforward approach are emphasized not only in his real estate work, but also with his involvement in basketball at the University of San Francisco. Bill has served as Vice Chairman of the USF Green and Gold Club and Chairman of the Sixth Man Club.
As a basketball coach at the San Francisco Olympic Club, Bill shares his passion for basketball, coaching, and working with kids. He coaches the adult and junior teams as well, and had served as the Olympic Club Chairman of the Admissions Committee. His accomplishments and commitment to the Olympic Club Basketball Program are showcased on its Wall of Fame.
Bill values community and community service, as has been involved with local organizations since 1986. He has coached high school, CYO, and in the Greek League. He has also served on the Board of Directors of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church.
Raised in Petaluma, Bill moved to San Francisco in 1966, and considers himself a local San Franciscan at heart. Before his real estate career, he owned two successful Italian restaurants in the Financial District. He lives in the Marina with his wife Elaine and his Vizsla Tex. He owns homes and flats in San Francisco as well as Lake Tahoe, and enjoys working with clients to build their own real estate portfolios. He treats clients how he would like to be treated, and believes working relationships are built on trust and respect.
