About Ronni Garfield:
Since 1989, Ronni Garfield’s top concern has been ensuring successful transactions—from the client’s point of view. Her years of experience help her to read people well, employ compassion at just the right moment, and artfully negotiate a contract. She consistently proves, that when it comes to success in the competitive San Francisco real estate market, nothing is more important than experience.

As an agent with San Francisco-based McGuire Real Estate, Ronni believes in clever, targeted advertising, keen attention to business and social trends, and unique marketing materials. Being able to think out of the box and perfect the art of the sale has resulted in a variety of successes. From Live/Work Loft Developments in the South Beach area to investment properties in Presidio Heights, she has established herself as an agent that can be trusted.

As a Top Producer at McGuire, Ronni has been recognized among the Top 10 Real Estate Agents in the City by the San Francisco Business Times and was recognized in an article titled “Residential Real Estate Deals of the Year.” She is well known for selling Showcase properties and has succeeded in obtaining unprecedented sale prices for her listings.

Ronni offers her clients expert advice on property selection, marketing, contract negotiations, inspections, and home finance.

In addition to maintaining a successful real estate career, Ronni thinks it’s important to be an active leader in the community. She served eight years on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House and was recently asked to return to be the Chair of a newly formed Advisory Council to work with UCSF Benioff Women’s and Children’s Hospital presently being built in Mission Bay. This facility will provide the first “in hospital” RMH in San Francisco. Her other passion is being a Baby Cuddler in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UCSF Parnassus and she is the recipient of a Volunteer Service Department's Heart Award.

A Top Producer since 1994, a McGuire Partner, and a member of the Top Agent’s Network are other examples of her accomplishments. Ronni is a long time supporter of the artistic community including the San Francisco Fine Arts Museum, MOMA, the San Francisco Ballet, and the Symphony.

About Toni Thomas:
As a long time resident of San Francisco, Toni has enjoyed living in many different neighborhoods and appreciates the diversity the city offers. Combining an extensive background in the travel and design industries with her commitment to finding the right fit for each client gives Toni a unique edge. A calm manner, excellent communication, and skillful negotiating have made a critical difference for Toni’s clients in this challenging market.

Toni, also a member of the Top Agent Network as a Top Producer makes time to sit on the Auxiliary Board of EARN, an anti-poverty organization that helps low wage earners save and invest to build better futures for their families. She is also a supporter of Hearth Homes, creators of affordable Universal Design residential environments for persons with disabilities.

As a member-volunteer of Bay Keeper, she helps act as a watchdog of the bay in the area of pollution. She has earned the green designation of Ecobroker, helping clients save money and live comfortably through energy efficiency, renewable energy, and environmentally sensitive choices. She is a longtime volunteer at the Marine Mammal Center and is also a supporter of the artistic community.
