Top Picks from SF Broker’s Tour » 04.25.17

|April 28, 2017

Every Tuesday in San Francisco we have our Broker’s Tour. New listings are held open for agents to tour first. I spend each Tuesday previewing new properties for clients so they don’t waste time over the weekend viewing properties that aren’t a fit for them. Below are my weekly favorites in a variety of price points.

Top Pick in the $1M Range: 1440 Broadway #303

1440 Broadway #303, San Francisco
The Basics: 2 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms | 1 Car Parking | 1,085 Square Feet
What I liked Most: I think this condo is a great option for a two bedroom buyer in the $1M range! There are two very large master suites, an open concept living space, a sunny patio and parking for one car. This property truly checks many boxes!

Top Pick in the $2M Range: 21 Atalaya Terrace

21 Atalaya Terrace, San Francisco
The Basics: 4 Bedrooms | 3 Bathrooms | 2 Car Parking | 2,359 Square Feet
What I Liked Most: This completely detached beautiful single family home is positioned on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lone Mountain.  Lately, I’ve really enjoyed the blue and white color combination inside and outside of properties so upon arriving I was very pleased with the facade of the house. The floor plan is designed for family living.  The main level features the living room, dining room and kitchen which all connect. The upper level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms while the lower level offers one additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette along with a separate entrance ideal for guests or an office. The house offers recent updates without losing any of the 1917 charm. I don’t expect this will be on the market very long before a lucky family can call this home!

Top Pick in the $4M Range: 284 Grand View Avenue

284 Grand View, San Francisco
The Basics: 4 Bedrooms | 3.5 Bathrooms | 2 Car Parking
What I liked Most: Much of the new construction in San Francisco has been offering a large completely open main level featuring the kitchen and usually multiple living and dining spaces. I personally enjoy an open concept space but understand that it’s not a fit for everyone. 284 Grand View did a nice job of creating an open main level but included vertical wood slat walls that provide warmth and a separation of spaces without completely closing off any room. What really separated this home from others during Tuesday’s tour was the 360 degree view off the rooftop deck.
