Mehserle Verdict

Out here in Oakland we are all holding our breath for the Mehserle Verdict.

I was surprised to hear that it could actually impact one of my current escrow closings. According to my escrow officer at Chicago Title, the Alameda County Recorder’s office plans on closing their offices the day the verdict is announced.

So plan ahead and hope if you have a closing this week that it occurs before or after the verdict.
