Topic: San Francisco real estate — where is it headed?

In a recent meeting of 7 real estate CEOs about local market recovery, the consensus opinion was:

  • The real estate market recovery will be anemic, linked to flat, slow growth from year to year
  • We will NEVER to return to Halcyon years of the past (2005)
