Dave is an energetic go-getter, who is engaging from the moment you meet him. He is a Bay Area native and has lived in Noe Valley for the past 6 years. Dave has first hand market knowledge of the area, and prides himself on having a knack for assessing the value of homes. Dave’s clients also know they will get creative marketing plans and unmatched personal attention. Dave loves going to bat for his clients and negotiating the best possible price and terms for each transaction. Philosophy
“Every client is unique, and it is my job to establish and exceed each one of their expectations”. Dave believes the key to a successful transaction is through clear communication. Listening to his clients needs and setting realistic expectations up front is the most important factor. By committing to this client service philosophy, Dave has been told that he has made his clients’ experiences in the Real Estate world pleasurable ones.

Education & Background
After graduating from Aptos High School, Dave attended California State University, Chico. There he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication. Dave also has a minor in Philosophy which he believes has helped him to think “outside the box,” on a daily basis. Before becoming a Realtor, Dave had the great opportunity to work as the project manager for PG&E, overseeing the Mission Bay development in San Francisco (the largest single development in SF history). Real Estate has been a life long passion, and something he became interested in at a young age due to his family’s involvement in land development.

Personal
In his spare time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. Family gatherings are never dull with five nieces and nephews under the age of 8 (and one more on the way!). Dave’s other interests include sports, cooking, wine and traveling. Dave and his wife have had the fortune to travel to many beautiful places throughout the world, as well as living in Italy for 6 months.
