Chris O’Connor is a licensed real estate broker who began his professional practice eighteen years ago with Sotheby’s International Realty. He joined McGuire Real Estate in 1989 and specializes in residential homes, condominiums, and investment property sales. He has extensive experience in probate sales, property appraisal, condominium new construction and conversions, real estate financing and residential remodeling.

As one of San Francisco’s most distinguished listing agents, Chris has listed over one hundred fifty properties and sold over two hundred million dollars in San Francisco property sales. Chris has created and executed various marketing strategies tailored to different types of property.
