Mike Fleming
Raised in Portland Oregon, graduate of Portland State University with a BS in Business Administration. While in graduate school I started working for First Interstate, now Wells Fargo Bank, in branch banking, electronic payment systems, marketing and strategic planning in Portland and Los Angeles. As Regional Vice President I managed the 12 western states and Asia for National Data Corporation (NDC). I left NDC to co-found EDC, a hotel electronic payment system provider, which we sold to a subsidiary of American Express. General Manager of Digital Radio Networks, which provided electronic payment support using radio frequencies—10 years before wireless. Married Lea Ann in 1982 and have one son, Peter. Joined Lea Ann at McGuire Real Estate in 1992 to form “Team Fleming.”

Mike has been a Top Producer since 1992, McGuire Partner and Broker Associate, and active many civic groups including board member of Magic Theatre, a nationally-recognized producer of new plays, Presidio YMCA Board Development committee member; recruiting and mentoring trustees; President Emeritus of The San Francisco Parks Trust, the city’s largest non-profit organization supporting our public parks, and former board Vice President of the San Francisco Museum and Historical Society—currently restoring the original 1974 U.S. Mint to become the City’s first museum.
