Novato School Closure Could Affect Property ValuesThis debate arose in the past, but died shortly thereafter. Recently, it has taken flight again. Novato Home Price UpdatePrices in Novato are increasing, according to Altos Research. The median price of single family homes in Novato went from $675,000 in May 2009 to $750,000 in early November (see chart). Condo prices, however, has stayed relatively flat.
