Testimonials:
Arguello Blvd.
“We had to sell our condo at the worst possible time due to a job relocation. Ken stayed on top of the very delicate details of our sale to keep our deal alive—-all while we were living in another state. We are grateful that Ken had the tenacity to manage the complex details of our condo sale in the most fragile of markets to maximize our sales price in the shortest time possible.”
Thanks!!

We didn’t get one offer in six months with our 1st agent! Ken took over and sold our house in one month. Ken is a real professional.

You represented the seller and I was very impressed with the dedication with which you represented them while also seeking the ethical solution to the dilemma
Consequently when I sold my condo and purchased another I asked you to represent me. You sound advice, you thoroughness, your patience, all underlainy integrity, were invaluable.—Thank you
