Built on a foundation of knowledge, experience, and integrity, Bill Moisson’s real estate career covers nearly every neighborhood in San Francisco, and large parts of the Bay Area.
Bill received his California real estate license in 1999, and learned the Bay Area realty business at Coldwell Banker in San Francisco, where he repeatedly received awards for his outstanding performance and excellent customer service. Later at Keller Williams San Francisco Properties, Bill became the firm’s #1 Top Producing Agent, served as chairman of the Finance Committee, and helped to train and mentor the firm’s newer agents.
As his clients led him more and more into the luxury end of the real estate market, Bill joined forces with longtime luxury leader McGuire Real Estate, to bring his clients the highest level of marketing capability and support services.
Before choosing San Francisco as his permanent home, Bill had traveled the world as a professional architect for 20 years, designing top-of-the-line residential and resort communities in over a dozen countries, for some of the most astute real estate developers in the world. As a Realtor, Bill applies all of the knowledge and experience that he gained through these successful property developments, and provides his buyer and seller clients with the same client-oriented focus, organizational skills, and professionalism that characterized his architectural career.
Bill is a past professional member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and has served two terms on the board of directors of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). He is a longtime member of San Francisco Architectural Heritage, and a consistent supporter of Habitat for Humanity, creating home ownership opportunities for people from all walks of life.
Bill and his wife Esther live in Saint Francis Wood, where they are updating and remodeling their ocean view home which was designed by San Francisco modernist architect Mario Campi in the 1940’s. Before moving to “The Wood,” they had been longtime residents of North Beach, where Bill served multiple terms on the board of directors at Villa North Beach condominium. In his spare time, Bill enjoys golf and travel.
