By capitalizing on over 14 years of experience in real estate, architecture, and sales with Fortune 1000 companies, I strategically price, stage, and market properties to sell quickly, and insightfully target and identify opportunities for buyers. I also take utmost care to set clear expectations and precedence for open communication. Through attention to detail and aggressive negotiation of terms and conditions and I am able to guide clients through the decision making process to successfully reach their goals in the shortest time possible.
As a homeowner, landlord, and experienced architect/construction manager I offer clients unique insight to understanding a property’s true value and future potential.
