I have never worked with another professional who was so convinced that my education of the process was his foremost goal. A friend of mine who recently purchased a home commented that she hadn't learned one-tenth of what I had.  In fact, the first day we went out to look at properties, I had to laugh because he had an outline of material that we needed to cover, a syllabus of sorts. Working in education, I recognized a good educator right off.  

In order to buy in the area that I really wanted to live in, San Mateo, we figured out fairly soon that I would need to look into short sales.  I learned quite a bit about short sales.  I waited seven months to move into my home but it is the home of my dreams. During the long wait, Herb would let me know of any correspondence he had with the listing agent, he continued to watch the market and discuss any new properties with me and, most importantly, he keep me excited about the whole process. I sometimes wondered if I was going to get this particular property but I never doubted that I was going to find a wonderful home.

It has been a pleasure to work with Herb and I will continue to recommend him to my friends. I know that I wasn't Herb's only client but he made me feel like I was. It was good to have him on my side. Last weekend I moved into my new home and Herb is the first person I invited to my house warming party because without him I would not be having one.
