THE EXTRA MILES...
”Great relationships should be treated like marathons, not sprints.”
I believe in thoroughly listening to my clients’ needs and educating them on the current market conditions. When my clients’ are ready to make an offer or put their property on the market I work my tail-off to make certain that my clients’ receive the highest price, keep the most money in their pocket, close in the shortest amount of time and do it all with minimal headaches.
For many clients buying or selling their home is the most important investment they will make in their lifetime.
- I work with clients in any price range.
- I have experience with single-family homes, condominiums, TIC units, multi-unit buildings and office, industrial, and mixed-used commercial transactions.
- I am fully aware that a purchase or a sale of a property can be a stressful process for most people.
- At any time my clients’ need to take a deep breathe or step away they have my support.
I am committed to be available late evenings, weekends, and early mornings for my clients. I add personal touches to make my clients’ and their families have fun and remain calm during our transaction experiences. When I close a transaction the marathon is far for being finished. I enjoy making long lasting friendships with my clients, providing them with referrals and continuing to educate them on the real estate market – you never know when a job or personal change may arise.
WHERE I COME FROM...
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, I have always been surrounded by the real estate industry. My family owned and operated a residential development company. It wasn’t long before I discovered that I am most passionate and comfortable working with people in the real estate community.
I graduated from the University of Arizona and moved to San Francisco in 1999. I worked at Yahoo! as a financial analyst and in 2004 made the move to real estate. For the past six years, I have focused on analyzing cash flow, conducting valuations, and sales and marketing of both residential and commercial properties.
I will never forget my Midwestern roots, but I found my home in San Francisco. I live, work and own in Noe Valley with my husband. An active member of the Impala racing team, I have covered the entire city in my running shoes many times over. Recently, my husband got me hooked on cycling. We love listening to KNRB, carpooling, and feeling green! I follow anything about Alzheimer’s and the fight for this horrible disease.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you create wealth!
