Brooke Brock
Philosophy: Brooke believes in thoroughly listening to her clients, and matching their needs with the current San Francisco market conditions, to connect her clients to the right property. She strives to always be an advocate for her clients’ interests and to never let the momentum of a potential deal cloud their better judgment. Brooke uses her experience closing large commercial real estate deals and her strong network of lenders, inspectors, agents, and other parties to smoothly finalize a transaction when the right one comes along.
Background: Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Brooke has always been surrounded by the real estate industry. Her family owned and operated a residential development company. It wasn’t long before Brooke discovered that she is most passionate and comfortable working with people in the real estate community.
Brooke is a graduate of University of Arizona with a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences and moved to San Francisco in 1999. She worked at Yahoo! as a financial analyst and in 2004 made the move to commercial real estate. For the past six years, Brooke has focused on analyzing cash flow, conducting valuations, and assisting in sales and marketing of commercial properties. With over ten years of corporate experience, Brooke has mastered top quality client services in conjunction with excellent project management skills.
Personal: Brooke Brock will never forget her Midwestern roots, but she found her home in San Francisco. An active member of the Impala racing team, she’s covered the entire city in her running shoes many times over and can quickly tell you the best restaurants, dry-cleaners, specialty shops and schools in almost every neighborhood. She completed a long season of cycling in 2009 and has been a committee member for the local chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). She currently lives in Noe Valley with her husband.
