(eg., homes that aren't MLS, Zillow, Redfin or Trulia listed).  The requirements for listing homes in this manner are strictly enforced.  Agents must guarantee that each house is available to be viewed by Marin Platinum Group members.  Many times, the seller prefers to operate below the public radar and avoid going through the usual processes for selling a home.  These sellers value their privacy and don't want to get on the emotional roller coaster which can sometimes characterize the sales process. 

Personal Info: 

While most of her time is devoted to working with clients, she and her husband, Brian enjoy spending time with their children, family and friends and engaging in the outdoor activities that Marin is known for. Liz and Brian are parents to a 5-year old miracle surviving-twin daughter who was born 14 weeks prematurely and weighed only 1.5 pounds at birth as well as a 2 year old son. Liz is actively involved with the March of Dimes and runs a number of support groups for children born extremely premature. Liz has traveled, worked and competed athletically around the world. In fact, she competed in and won the World Ultimate Frisbee Championships held in Köln, Germany in 1989.
