About Eva

Eva lives and breathes San Francisco real estate. Originally from Bulgaria, Eva moved to San Francisco with her family when she was 10 years old. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate stemmed from her father who was a general contractor.

Eva is a broker, Realtor®, a home owner, a real estate investor, a landlord and a small business owner.

As a top negotiator in real estate sales since 2003, she has achieved a reputation for providing quality service based on integrity, knowledge and professionalism. Eva is recognized for her advertising acumen, great sense of humor and negotiating skills.

Her warmth and can do attitude will impress you, as well as her extensive knowledge and successful transactions in the sales of condos, single family homes, TIC’s, multi-unit and mixed-use buildings.

She is focused and always forward thinking, with her finger on the pulse of new technology and the current real estate market.

Like her late father, Eva’s husband is also a general contractor. Together, they share the love for traveling, photography, home improvement, and sharing good food in the company of great friends. Having grown up in the city, and now raising her two young boys here, Eva has an extensive knowledge of the city’s schools and neighborhoods.
