650 2ND STREET is an historic reinforced concrete structure built in 1926 as the B.F. Goodrich Tire Warehouse. After prohibition, it was purchased by Seagram's Distillery and used as their warehouse and office. In 1959, George Lithograph Company purchased the building as its headquarters and printing plant, where it remained until moving in 1995.
The classic, circa 1920s lobby entrance of this boutique six-story live/work building remains perfectly intact. A common roof deck with BBQ and stunning skyline views, as well as individual parking are also included. LOFT 405 features an open floor plan with 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, open kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, and west-facing city views.
This premier loft development is located in the heart of San Francisco’s South Beach neighborhood—just steps from AT&T Park, MUNI/CalTrain, South Beach Harbor, and the Embarcadero Waterfront. Cultural attractions such as Yerba Buena Gardens, SF MOMA, Metreon, and popular fine dining establishments also surround this one-of-a-kind loft building.
