My wife and I love Jamie! She found our first purchase in SF in 2008, and we had the opportunity to work together again 9 years later! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and is passionate about her clients. We always feel comfortable raising concerns with her, knowing that she will give us objective opinions/options that help us forward through the buying/selling process.

Jamie was seemingly tireless in communicating with us at times emailing us late at night and early the next morning. Jamie's negotiating skills were unconventional and creative, often uncovering an option that no one was thinking of but ultimately being beneficial to both the seller and the buyer. As a result, the deals went through quickly and with everyone being happy. Jamie's knowledge of the local market was spot on--resulting in a quick sale (4 days) and a rapid purchase (1 week). Jamie was professional, courteous, and patient often helping us to focus on what we initially agreed was important. I would not hesitate in highly recommending Jamie to friends and family.

Jamie is personable, hardworking, and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She is very dedicated to her clients and has great follow through on issues that arise during the purchase process. Jamie comes highly recommended!

Friendliness, energy, communication style, punctuality, hand holding/ making us feel comfortable, going to bat for us, negotiation skills, design tips, referrals to third party service providers, interested in staying in touch after the sale and following us through settling in and renovations. We're very pleased.
Jamie has been a pleasure to work with. She was flexible with our changing circumstances through the (long) process of our search. She brought lots of knowledge and 'extras' to the table, researching various scenarios, such as rentals, as we considered them. I would and will recommend her to anyone looking for a place in SF.
– K. Salusso
She was very organized, clear and concise in her communication. She understood the reality of the market and the property. She fully understood my needs and restrictions and worked within my needed framework. She really followed up with the tenant to ensure there were no discrepancies or misunderstandings.

Jamie marketed our home very well; from helping us stage the property, to taking quality photos and creating a very impressive brochure. After our home was in contract Jamie provided additional touches to help us through the transition including sending a house cleaner, and helping us facilitate the sale of some of our current furniture to the buyer of our home.

Jamie's knowledge of the Metropolitan was invaluable, since she has resident's knowledge of the building and applied it to give me an advantage for the transaction. She was always professional and prompt, and was willing to go an extra mile during the closing process, when surprise after surprise popped up. I'd definitely recommend her.

Jamie has great knowledge of the San Francisco market. She listens, pays great attention to detail and truly understands what her clients are looking for. She is an astute negotiator and well versed in the art of getting the best deals possible for her clients. She's highly recommended!

Jamie is so professional in her communication and follow-through with buyers and sellers alike. Her enthusiasm is contagious in a flat market. She finds reasons WHY things can work well instead of reasons why it won't. Her positive nature helps any transaction.

I had the tremendous pleasure of working with Jamie Comer during my quest to find my first home in San Francisco. I consider myself to be as particular of a buyer as they come which meant that I needed to find an agent who was willing to work with that. Although the search took us 2.5 years I finally was to find the home that I wanted, all of which would NOT have been possible without Jamie's assistance. She is ardently dedicated to a high level of success and achievement in both her career and personal life. She knows how to cover all aspects related to building a successful relationship-both for the client and for the firm that she represents. She is detail oriented, trustworthy, always available, and constantly goes above and beyond. During the negotiations process she was the consummate client advocate-pushing hard for what was important and not sweating the small stuff. After I got the keys to my new home she even offered her time to assist me with my remodel! How many agents would do that? I would highly recommend Jamie Comer to any buyer or seller.

Jamie was thorough and pro-active. She helped us buy a beautiful apartment in a desirable neighborhood at a great price. Plus, thanks to her quick thinking and close involvement, we were able to scoop up the only (and much coveted) private parking garage in the building.

Thank you for not just being my exceptional real estate agent, but for also being my design expert, coach, body guard and caring friend! Look forward to the next purchase!

Jamie knows the market extremely well and was extremely helpful in finding the right home and putting together a winning offer. In the end, my offer got accepted for less than a competing one.

Jamie strikes the perfect balance between strategy development and execution. Her center of focus clearly is on her clients; she creates a positive client experience, serves as a trusted advisor, and always works in her clients' best interests. Jamie maintains an upbeat, positive attitude and works at a pace one step ahead. Quite simply stated, Jamie not only will get it done, but get it done right.

I've worked with Jaime twice - once in 2006 (buying) and recently in 2012 for selling the very same property.
Jamie's can-do attitude coupled with deep knowledge of the inner workings of purchasing real estate in SF helped me win a competitive bidding to purchase 233 Page Street in San Francisco in 2006. Listening and following all her advice was all I needed to do. Jamie also gave me an advantage simply by submitting the offer in-person to the seller's agent. I really think that made such a difference because Jamie's interface skill with people is a distinct advantage.
Because of this experience, I did not hesitate to call her six years later to sell the very same property. I knew that the same go-go attitude and drive she exhibited when buying will also apply in selling. I came a little late into the market (May). She advised us to sell within a narrow timeframe (before Memorial Day) because she said that historically, records show the 2nd quarter of the year gives sellers the best price. She advised us to show two weeks before the holiday to maximize audience during open house. This left us with only two weeks to prepare the house for sale.
She came up with a game plan, corralled all the contractors, and took care of every logistical detail in order to get our property ready for prime time. It's pretty amazing how you can repair and transform the house in just two weeks! Jamie also worked within our budget, which was very important to me.
Within a short time, we received multiple offers resulting in closing over the asking price. I came away having a positive experience during selling. Jamie gave us very valuable advice in order to protect our price (i.e. making sure the buyer's inspection does not result in lower offer). She helped us foresee potential minefields so that we avoid them in the first place.
I highly recommend Jamie Comer, so much so that I am in fact, planning to ask for her help again to purchase a SF property next year! Please do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions.

Wow! It's hard to know where to begin, since every aspect of knowing and working with Jamie has been outstanding. We just closed on our first home purchase in San Francisco, an 18-month process, and Jamie has been with us every step of the way.
The real estate market in SF is crazy at the moment - no inventory, hungry buyers and deep, deep pockets. We had to fight 20 offers to win our home and I can honestly say there is no way that we would have been able to do it without Jamie. She is honest, open, supportive and, most importantly, has extensive experience and understanding of both the SF real estate market and the people that work within it. There were many occasions when we would arrive at an open house, accompanied by Jamie, and she would be warmly greeted by the seller's realtor.
Her eye is astonishing. She would point out details, positive and negative, on our walkthroughs that we would never have spotted. When we got advice from Jamie we could tell it was honest and frank, and we never felt pressured or that we were being 'sold' a home.
Did I mention it was an 18-month process? We've been looking for almost 2 years for the right home, and have been 'in the game' for 18 months. Jamie was with us the whole time. There is no way that the fees she received could have compensated the time that she put in with us, but it didn't seem to matter. The feeling we got was that she was there to help us no matter what.
And now that we've closed and are preparing to move, when other realtors might say thanks and goodbye, she continues to help and support us. Over the years she has assembled a team of trusted vendors and contractors and has helped us with flooring, plumbers, electricians, you name it. Every one has been reasonably priced and very professional (our refinished hardwood floors look amazing!).
Thanks Jamie! I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Jamie was the selling agent of a condo I saw during my search for a place. We immediately hit it off and I was impressed by her knowledge of the SF market, historical trends and future projections, especially with regard to condos.
She helped guide me through the search process, delivering thoughtful opinions on the places we saw together and whether each one was worth the price. She definitely listens to you and your wants, needs, and concerns and adjusts her strategy appropriately. Once we finally located the condo I wanted, she was instrumental helping me do a 15-day closing which helped clinch the deal.
I can highly recommend Jamie as your agent and a friend in general.

I met Jamie when looking for my second live/work investment in SOMA.
My immediate impression of her, is that Jamie is a real person. I've come across of plenty of the phony sleazy car sales man type of real estate agents (and turned them down) who will tell you anything, and tell you anything you want to hear to make a deal and make their commission. Jamie doesn't have that vibe at all; and listens carefully to what you're really want.
I'm an Art Director at heart, and thus pretty picky and do my homework thoroughly. Jamie had the patience to put up with my patience and thorough search over a period of 9 months.
Another thing to note -- Jamie has good contacts in other areas regarding real estate purchases. I was put in contact with various people in my hunt from individual brokers to bank mortgage lenders and used one of the individual lenders because they were able to close a deal within 15 days!
Thanks Jamie! Let's keep in touch!

We have had the privilege to work with Jamie on both selling and buying. She is extremely professional and has your best interest at all time. She is an excellent listener and make sure all your transactions go smoothly. Her marketing plan for our unit was of the highest quality and we were able to sell our place in 3 days. Jamie has made buying and selling a seamless transaction. I highly recommend her.

You want Jamie Comer on your team!! Period. She knows her stuff inside and out, is incredibly hardworking, does her homework and is a phenomenal negotiator. Buying a home in the Bay Area is not for the faint of heart and Jamie really helped us get the home of our dreams. From house-hunting to making an offer, she will get you in your new home for the best deal.

Our house was on the market 13 days before it sold. It went for $225K above the listing price. Do I really need to say more? Jamie knows her stuff. Highly recommend.
