As a local economist, deal maker and change agent my fascination with real estate is an ongoing love affair with San Francisco. This city has always drawn people that want to evolve or need to discover. My purpose is to support and connect clients to their own path. Completely fulfilled by my work, I am focused and results driven because every part of me is engaged.
Real estate allows me to be a data geek economist, a forecaster of economic and lifestyle trends, a dynamic strategist, an art director and an expansive, creative thinker. Ranked in the top 100 real estate agents in San Francisco and after years as a Top Producer I was promoted to Partner at my firm and have appeared on live national television for CNBC, as well as Bloomberg. Regionally, I have appeared in the SF Business Times, SF Magazine and The Chronicle. On radio I have been a guest on Bloomberg, NPR and KGO.
My sellers’ listings not only sell approximately 25 percent faster than the average listing in the same category but they also sell for more, outperforming the market average by 4-6 percent. Nearly 79 percent of my business is repeat and referral, I have closed over 150 million dollars in residential real estate.
It is my belief that in buying and selling properties, people actualize the path of their own lives, saying yes to their own future. These pioneering moments are the substance of our magical city and it is a deep privilege to watch them happen, to make them unfold.

I've worked with Jaime twice - once in 2006 (buying) and recently in 2012 for selling the very same property. Jamie's can-do attitude coupled with deep knowledge of the inner workings of purchasing real estate in SF helped me win a competitive bidding to purchase 233 Page Street in San Francisco in 2006. Listening and following all her advice was all I needed to do. Jamie also gave me an advantage simply by submitting the offer in-person to the seller's agent. I really think that made such a difference because Jamie's interface skill with people is a distinct advantage. Because of this experience, I did not hesitate to call her six years later to sell the very same property. I knew that the same go-go attitude and drive she exhibited when buying will also apply in selling. I came a little late into the market (May). She advised us to sell within a narrow timeframe (before Memorial Day) because she said that historically, records show the 2nd quarter of the year gives sellers the best price. She advised us to show two weeks before the holiday to maximize audience during open house. This left us with only two weeks to prepare the house for sale. She came up with a game plan, corralled all the contractors, and took care of every logistical detail in order to get our property ready for prime time. It's pretty amazing how you can repair and transform the house in just two weeks! Jamie also worked within our budget, which was very important to me. Within a short time, we received multiple offers resulting in closing over the asking price. I came away having a positive experience during selling. Jamie gave us very valuable advice in order to protect our price (i.e. making sure the buyer's inspection does not result in lower offer). She helped us foresee potential minefields so that we avoid them in the first place. Wow! It's hard to know where to begin, since every aspect of knowing and working with Jamie has been outstanding. We just closed on our first home purchase in San Francisco, an 18-month process, and Jamie has been with us every step of the way. The real estate market in SF is crazy at the moment - no inventory, hungry buyers and deep, deep pockets. We had to fight 20 offers to win our home and I can honestly say there is no way that we would have been able to do it without Jamie. She is honest, open, supportive and, most importantly, has extensive experience and understanding of both the SF real estate market and the people that work within it. There were many occasions when we would arrive at an open house, accompanied by Jamie, and she would be warmly greeted by the seller's realtor. Her eye is astonishing. She would point out details, positive and negative, on our walkthroughs that we would never have spotted. When we got advice from Jamie we could tell it was honest and frank, and we never felt pressured or that we were being 'sold' a home. Did I mention it was an 18-month process? We've been looking for almost 2 years for the right home, and have been 'in the game' for 18 months. Jamie was with us the whole time. There is no way that the fees she received could have compensated the time that she put in with us, but it didn't seem to matter. The feeling we got was that she was there to help us no matter what. And now that we've closed and are preparing to move, when other realtors might say thanks and goodbye, she continues to help and support us. Over the years she has assembled a team of trusted vendors and contractors and has helped us with flooring, plumbers, electricians, you name it.
