As a fourth generation San Francisco native, Leah brings to the table a working knowledge of neighborhood history while having experienced the progression and development of this once small town into a major urban community. She shares in a true love of San Francisco and can assist in a multitude of residential needs.

Upon graduating in 2004 from SDSU with a B.A. in Theatre Arts with a Performance Emphasis, Leah often reflected about property ownership and the San Francisco lifestyle as her father, grandmother, and great-grandmother had. After moving both to New York and San Diego as a performer, Leah returned to San Francisco and in 2007, honed her skills and interests specifically towards the local real estate market.

Being an energetic and driven associate, Leah brings with her a fresh perspective, ambition to meet your goals, and impeccable attention to detail, packaged with a refined knowledge of what is needed to create a pleasant and successful real estate transaction. She works well under pressure and is consistent in her approach. Do not hesitate to contact her for your San Francisco residential real estate needs, whether as a first-time home buyer, investor, or Seller.

Leah actively lives, works and plays here in the city and has called many of San Francisco’s  neighborhoods her home, including Laurel Heights, Pacific Heights, Haight Ashbury, Bernal Heights, St. Francis Wood, the Richmond, and the Marina (although Leah considers any of San Francisco's neighborhoods her own backyard!). She currently works out of our Lombard Street office, and is an avid supporter of local performing arts groups, including the world-renowned American Conservatory Theatre. Leah also spends her time volunteering at St. Anthony's and promoting the SFSPCA.

We hired Leah to sell our Piedmont home a few months ago. She was very professional and most importantly honest. She let us know right away that Piedmont was not her area of expertise and thought we might benefit from someone who knew the ins and outs of our neighborhood. She suggested bringing in a local agent from her company to assist and they did a fantastic job together. Leah walked us through every step and was patient and responsive to our questions. She reached out locally and found an incredible person to stage our home, and assisted us with some of the more challenging aspects of moving and preparing our home for the sale. I would highly recommend Leah if you want someone who is going to do what is best for you. She's a rare gem!

We've known Leah for many years now and have trusted her with our real estate transactions during that time. Her number one attribute is a graceful tenaciousness combined with a depth of very useful knowledge. She takes the time to understand what you really want and does everything within her power to make that happen. She does not pull any punches when discussing tough issues or unexpected complexities that arise and is always solution-oriented. On top of all that, she is a very classy and easy-to-like person who is a pleasure to spend time with. You cannot go wrong with her on your team! We strongly recommend her.

You are awesome Leah. This was all you. We are so impressed with how you handled the sell of our home. Thank you again.

Thanks again for your bull dog precision to ensure a swift sale and close for us❗️You are so good at what you do from all party angles involved: Seller (couple dynamics), Buyer, HOA, Neighbors, Tenants, Deck staging 😂, Storage move-out, smiling even when you ruin a very nice pair of shoes. True Grit.

Leah led a perfect transaction, from listing to negotiation to close. I'm not exaggerating when I say the process was flawless. This is what real estate expertise looks like. I can't recommend her highly enough.
