I was raised in the Bay area and raised my children here as well. Although I have a teaching credential, I fell into real estate quite naturally, coming from a family of Developers. My father built Rossmore in the East Bay, and 12 other large projects. I got my first training in real estate working for him. I have been in the real estate industry for the past 22 years. I found my own niche in real estate working with clients that wanted to buy fixer-uppers, renovate, and re-sell them. Most of my clients have sold multiple homes with me.
One client has sold 13. The largest amount of money I had to invest in home purchases was for $9,000,000.
My clients are very important to me. They are my lifeblood. They put the bread and butter on my table. I only work with 3-5 clients at a time. I have built my business around high quality in service, not high number of volume sold. I give my clients 150% of my energy, which translates into them getting the results they want.
