The San Leandro Marina is set in the ideal location, perfect for a morning walk or a picnic on the waterfront. Moderate temperatures allow for outdoor activities year round such as golfing in one of San Leandro's two golf courses or simply spending the day at the park.
Although discovered in 1770, it was San Leandro's delectable cherries that put it on the map by early 1900. The San Leandro community continues to celebrate its annual Cherry Festival today.
